The closest major car park I know of in Ealing is the Ealing Broadway centre. It's just down the road from Ealing Broadway tube station and is within walking distance of Perceval House.

From the tube station, follow signs for "The Broadway" (A4020). At the traffic lights, turn left and follow Uxbridge Rd along for about 150 meters before turning right into Florence Rd. Straight along here to the end of the road and turn right again. This will take you onto the Grove, where you then need to take the first on the right into Windsor Rd. This will take you straight to the car park entrance. Price depends on how long your going to be; £1 for the first hour, £2 for two hours, £2.50 up to three hours etc. Price can be found on their website.

From the car park, you'll then need to walk to Perceval House. It's not that far, but find out where you need to go by foot by taking a look on a map.

Ealing Council Parking Permit

There was not any obvious places where I could park (I was using public transport) when I went to an office not far away, but according to this map there is a large car park behind some of the shops.

Perhaps this might be what you are looking for, but I cannot confirm if it is public access or not.

STOP PRESS: There are also a number of suggested car parking areas on the Ealing council website for use when visiting the council offices, click here for the map:-
