And what directions would you suggest? I'll be arriving around 22:58 on a saturday night, and need to get to the coach station at 23:45 for a coach. Any help? (:

I think you would be cutting it a bit fine. I live near Victoria station and a walk to Waterloo takes me around 40mins. The 211 bus from Waterloo takes just less than half an hour and you could save a few more minutes by Tube. The TfL journey planner has all the options, including the best walking route.

Walk out the 'War memorial' exit of Waterloo (opposite the Eurostar Terminal). Turn left. Walk across the road and under the railway arch and you'll see the Hungerford Bridge over the Thames. Walk over this bridge and you're at Embankment Underground station. Hop onto the Westbound District or Circle line here and it's 3 stops to Victoria. Total journey - around 20-25 mins.

Longer than you've got if you are going to Waterloo get off the train at Clapham Junction and get a train to Victoria station which is a 10 minute walk to the coach station

Not time to walk, it's a couple of miles by the back streets sour of the river but easy to get lost.
Best to change at claphan junction if your on a train into Waterloo and get to Victoria
