Find a good search engine

Type in 'Time in London UK' an you will find the time

To work it out:

Cleveland is 5 hour later the UK GMT, so 1 pm, is 6pm in London, EXCEPT the UK is in British Summer time at the moment ( our clocks go forward in the summer)

So Cleveland is 4 hours later than the UK so in this point in time 1 pm in Cleveland is 5pm in the UK

Ohio is in the Eastern Time Zone, which is 5 hours behind the UK. Therefore, when it's 1.00 in Cleveland it'll be 6.00 in London.

Cleveland is in the Eastern time zone which is 5 hours behind British time, so when it's 1:00 in Cleveland it's 6:00 in London. Ignore the confusion about Summer Time / Daylight Savings Time - since both time zones have it, the difference is always 5 hours except for three weeks in March and one week in October when it's 4 hours, because North America starts daylight savings time 3 weeks earlier and ends it a week later than European Summer Time.
