Is Dr Martens' shop in Covent garden still opened?

I read somewhere on the internet that it was closed few years ago. Is that true?
The official site says that the store still exists, but there's no e-mail through which I could contact the store. I'm not from the UK, so I'd rather not call them, but mail them. Does anyone, by chance, know ther e-mail?

The large superstore closed a few years ago, however there is a smaller store that stocks all their shoes nearby in Neal Street (head away from Covent Garden out of the station, cross the main road and just on your right is a small mainly pedestrianised street), the store is about 100 metres down there on the left.
