Is it safe to live in Brentford nearby the station?

Hi guys. I am trying to move for 6 months to Brentford, Glenhurst road which is nearby the station. The place looks a bit creepy for me (no offence!) - very narrow street, far too quite, so I just want to confirm - is it a safe place to live and walk around 9 p.m. (i come from work on that time)?

Yes Brentford is far safer than many other areas of London. Nowhere is completely safe. Just take the usual precautions. Always keep phones and money hidden and zipped up. As you turn off a busy main road just glance back to ensure no one is following you. Crime in London is falling

Yup, Brentford is fine and as safe as anywhere. Don't know why you think its creepy!
