I'm eighteen so it's not really "running away'
But I'm in an abusive situation and it's becoming impossible for me to live here, and I've always wished I lived in London.
Anyway I have 2500$ saved.
I'm currently in college studying Accounting. My dream was to be a stockbroker.
But I'm beginning to hate school and it's just adding hassle to my situation.

I really want to leave ASAP , but deep down I'm kinda scared. I don't know exactly what I'm going to do when I do get there. Try to find a job as fast as I can. & I know you need to live in the UK for five years or marry a citizen to get citizenship there.
I still love the idea of being a stockbroker, with that career a degree isn't necessary, you just have to be good and be what the firm needs and wants and hope you get picked out of the 18-20 something people you're competing with..and pass the series 7 exam.

Anyway I've pretty much made up my mind to do this, I just want tips and advice not any lectures (so save it, for you sake)
I'm aware of the awful things that can happen but at this point I'm willing to take the risk.
Plan A is to just get a ticket and leave.
But plan B is to join this tutor/mentor program where you go to another location (London among much others) and stay there for a few months (housing included and a weekly pay) and tutor children in local schools. I figured I'd do that then just stay in London when the program ends. It's not like they could stop me anyway. But that's only plan B.
Plan A is my original plan obviously so that's mostly likely what I'll end up doing.

Like I admitted I am scared, but I
m just gonna do it anyway.
any advice and tips and anything you have to say are appreciated.

You can't just decide to move to the UK there are rules about who can come here. You need to do a lot more research about this because generally if you are in the US the have to either have a job with a company that is relocating you to the UK or have a skill that is in short supply in the UK to get a work visa. If you came on a tutor / mentor programme then yes you can be deported at the end of it and you may be expected to have your return ticket when you arrive or be sent straight back home. I think you have a rosy eyed view of what London is like and you need to stick with your studies a while longer and grow up a bit more before you think of moving to another country.

You cannot just come to the U.K. to live without the appropriate visa. You will be turned away by the Immigration authorities having spent a lot of money on the air fare. The U.S. and Canada are vast countries. Have you thought about friends and family you could stay with for a while while you formulate some sort of life plan. If you have to live on $2500 ot will last last 3 weeks or so. I hope I am just stating the facts rather than lecturing. If you are a victim of abuse there are places like 'Shelters' in most areas that will support and help you. Try and find them via Google

My Dear you need to get the work permit first if you really want to work here in UK. For that you need an invitation letter from a highly reputed UK based company.

So first try to crack an interview of any good UK based Company which can invite you to work over here later you can search for any other job.

Don't lose your grip on reality. London is fine if you have a visa , a big salary each month coming in, and lots of friends, connections, etc etc. If any of the above are missing, then it simply isn't viable.

Move to another state and set up there
