We don't have zipcodes in Britain - instead we have postcodes. There are several different post code areas in London, so please be more specific.

The first part of the postcode refers to the general area. Then the second part - such as 2QW or 1AX refers to the street.

Here's a map for the postcodes in Central London - they work quite systematically with E = East London and SW = South West London etc.

There are no zipcodes in London or anywhere in the UK.

London does have postcodes, but each one covers just one street or part of a street. Sometimes an individual building has its own code.

London doesn't have zip codes, we have post codes and they're far more specifc than zip codes, a postcode denotes either a single street, part of a street or in some cases a single building, In Greater London most codes start with a Geographical directions e.g NW for northwest followed by futher letters and numbers to narrow it down. On the outskirts of Greater London you may no longer get Geographical postcodes as the places were orginally outside London e.g I live in Chipping Barnet and my postcode starts EN, I used to live Edgware and the postcode started HA.

If you know the address or part of the address, there is a postcode finder at http://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode

Zipcodes are called postcodes in the UK and London has plenty, so it depends where you are whether it starts with an E, N, S or W

London is a large city, so you would have to look up what part of London you need tofind it. And they are called postcodes.

Zip codes only exist in the U.S. London has many postal codes. Look up the street address if you have one.
